Big boy bed and Surprise

Hendrix's newest thing is covering his eyes and saying "Surprise!" It cracks me up

We also got him a big boy bed with Mickey sheets. He has yet to actually sleep in it but he had fun helping daddy put it together and he lays down in it frequently. Hopefully soon he'll actually sleep in it.

Adventures in Potty Training!

I just got this toilet seat last night and I'm SO excited about it! Hendrix seems to be quite excited too. He refused to get off until he'd at least done something and requested to have a book while he was sitting!

Also, this morning he had a big accident in his Mickey undies. I told him he pooped on Mickey. He gave me the most horrified look, as if I'd told him that he killed Mickey! Well, I guess that'll either encourage him to not do it again or scar him for life!

Shaving Cream Painting

Today we decided to experiment with shaving cream painting. He started off so timid and then it turned into an all out shaving cream explosion! He had fun and it wasn't to hard to clean up

Drums, glasses and sleepy time

Hendrix found this old pair of Matt's safety glasses and he loves them! Wears them all the time

Hendrix also still sleeps like a crazy person and I take pictures of him frequently. These are some recent favorites

I must be crazy!

I either must be crazy, or I'll be there very soon! I let Matt buy this for Hendrix and now he's been hammering on it yelling "Cymbals!" Is it really all that necessary to encourage and help him cultivate his creativity? Aaaahhhhhhhh!
