I finally set up my own website!!!

I'm so excited! I've finally finished setting up my own website! I had my hats listed on etsy.com but they charge me to list the item, they charge me to sell the item and then Paypal charges me when I get paid for the item. Plus if the etsy listing doesn't sell in a certain amount of time it expires and I have to re-list it. I just decided there were too many hands in my pockets trying to get the money I make for creating my hats!

Cuteness overload!

Matt's mom got Hendrix this super cute Halloween outfit. It says "My First Halloween" on the chest and has little bats on the feet!

What's more fun than playing on a slide?

Some may say that there isn't too much that is more fun than playing on a slide at a playground. Hendrix begs to differ! Apparently eating the wood chips at the bottom of the slide is way more fun!!!

He stands by himself now!

He stands! Of course he chose the tub as the place to perfect the art of standing unassisted-nice, safe, soft tub!

And yes, I spell naughty things on my child's head with foam bath letters and then giggle as I take pictures of it!

Allergies

Hendrix has broken out in hives several times since we started feeding him real food and I've pretty much narrowed it down to dairy products. So last Wednesday at Hendrix's 9 month appointment I talked to the pediatrician about weaning and he said before we start Hendrix on cow's milk, we'd better get his allergies checked out. We went to the allergist today who tested him for egg, dairy and soy allergies. Poor little guy has a moderate dairy allergy, a kind of major egg allergy but no allergy to soy. All the red splotches in the picture show an allergic reaction to egg yolks, egg whites and dairy. We've got to go to Children's Hospital to get blood work done to measure just how allergic he is. Thankfully the doctor said he'll most likely outgrow the allergy before he goes to school.

Stink Face

Hendrix new thing is to squinch up his face, kind of snort or breathe in and out really fast and make this hilarious stink face! I was trying to get pictures of it today but he was so wiggly but I think the pictures came out funnier that way.
